While managing a marketing team, I identified the need for consistency in our marketing materials to establish a strong departmental brand. I created a brand book to serve as a comprehensive guide for our marketing team when creating materials and build brand awareness through consistency.
Marketing Analytics.
Client: ETSU Research Corporation
As project manager for an analytics project, I led our team in tracking, analyzing, and provide data-driven recommendations based on native social analytics. Effective communication, setting deadlines, and problem-solving were crucial to our success.
Our client was pleased with our presentation and utilized the data in their strategy.

Content Strategy.
Promoting over 120+ events a semester, my experience at Campus Rec strengthened my skills to create branded content strategies. I led a team through the creation of an integrated content strategy, production of the content and execution of the strategy across multiple digital platforms.
Additionally, I designed and implemented a marketing system, significantly increasing structure and productivity to our team. This system handled the high volume of marketing requests from five different program areas within our department efficiently.
Marketing Research.
Brand Media and Health Perceptions: A Thematic Analysis.
I conducted a qualitative research study exploring how brand identity and media shape health perceptions across multiple generations. Using focus groups, I performed a thematic analysis to developed actionable brand media strategies to help health brands promote a more holistic and cross-generational understanding of health.
The research reflects my passion for public health, while strengthening my skills in marketing research, data analysis, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Campaign Development.
Road to Nationals.
As part of our multi-platform marketing campaign, I produced storytelling videos to showcase the Wingate University cross country athletes. The goal was to increase awareness on campus and serve as a recruitment tool for future prospects.
The entire campaign was awarded a NACMA Bronze Award for Multi-Platform Branding Campaigns.
